HM-600H Automatic Gluing and spotter Machine Functional specifications

HM-600H is an automatic multifunctional equipment for high precision
positioning of hard cover and large-size premium box.
HM-600H is for large size hard cover for glue positioning and lining
(see technical parameters ).
This machine adopts PLC, servo, touch screen, and CCD positioning
system, which all enable the machine to feed paper, glue paper and spotter
the box automatically and fluently.
The feeder, the gluer and the conveyor are driven by servo system
which has continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy,
easy adjusting, and efficiency. The spotting unit adopts camera tracing
system and robot arm to pick and spot the greyboard, enhancing the
spotting accuracy to±0. 05mm.
